Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships 2017

For the fifth year running, the Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships 2017 return to Vail, Colorado. With thirty five years behind the name, this is the world’s longest-running snowboarding competition. Red Bull has described the Open as “the contest that really matters … and the true test of a rider’s mental and physical strength”. Only the best in the snowboarding world will have the opportunity to participate. Check out the half-pipe rider list and the slopestyle rider list to add weight to your winner predictions and bets.

Showcasing slopestyle and half pipe, the US Open is one of the season’s premier competitions. The event began on 28 February and continues through to Saturday afternoon (4 March). It promises an action-packed, entertainment-filled few days.

Half Pipe Semi-Finals Results

The half pipe semi-finals took place this past Thursday. The event, and a perfectly-sculptured 22-foot superpipe, narrowed the rider list down to six women and ten men. Here are the results:
